Processing
Original artworks are carefully prepared and packaged for shipment. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping. If additional preparation is required for a particular artwork, you will be contacted with an estimated shipping date.

 

Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or communicated prior to shipment, depending on the size and destination of the artwork. Orders are shipped with tracking and insurance whenever available.

Local Pickup
Complimentary local pickup may be available in Orange County, California by prior arrangement. Pickup details will be provided privately after purchase.

Delivery & Damage
Please inspect your artwork upon delivery. If an artwork arrives damaged, contact Atelier Shreya within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the artwork, packaging, and shipping label so that a claim can be addressed promptly.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect address, refused delivery, or returned package may be the responsibility of the buyer.

International Shipping
Please contact Atelier Shreya before purchasing if you require international shipping. International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
